    At University Richard achieved a BEng Honours in Civil Engineering and Construction Management, after completing his degree he joined the army and completed a Short Service Commission, including an Operational Tour in Iraq. Subsequent to his military career Richard became a Political Risk & Terrorism Broker for Willis Ltd, concentrating on Banking, Energy and Corporate clients. He has a thorough corporate knowledge as well as operational experience of both the Middle East and the global Insurance market. Richard is on the NGS Board of Directors.

    Debra has over 25 years of experience in emergency management, operations and business development, specialising in the oil & gas, mining and utilities sectors. Over the past 10 years Debra has pioneered global safe travel and real-time GPRS/GSM/Satellite tracking products and services. This development has included industry leading web based itinerary / real time tracking portals. Debra is media, relative response and radio trained and has implemented global safe travel programmes and training into FTSE 100 companies. She is also on the NGS Board of Directors.

    Rick is a former Royal Marines Commando with over 24 years of public and private sector experience. Over the last decade, he has pioneered the implementation of security risk management at NGS for its diverse client group. He now oversees all areas of the business to ensure efficiency and growth. Rick is a board certified security professional with ASIS International and sits on the NGS Board of Directors.

    Director, Operations

    On completion of a full military career, Del became one of the founding members of NGS and has helped perfect the operational responses and defined how to best link into the Insurer claims process. A pivotal player in company, he provides support and guidance to the operations team and clients alike with his natural diligence and attention to detail.

  • KIT MATHEWS

    Head of Client Services

    Having graduated from the University of Exeter, Kit joined NGS in 2013 where he took a position of Tracking Operator. His obvious skill and diligence were soon evident and rightly saw him take promotion to Operations Manager after only a few years. He was responsible for internal process and system integration and introduced a more streamlined tracking support product. Kit has naturally moved into client services and now heads up NGS contracts and renewal.

    Director, Security Risk Management

    Craig has more than 25 years public and private experience and is a former Royal Marine Commando His knowledge and international experience in conducting security risk assessment, implementing global safe travel programs and crisis and emergency management, including writing policy and plans, secured his position as NGS senior consultant for 5 years serving a diverse client group.

    Craig holds a Master’s degree from Leicester University in Security Risk Management, is a member of the security institute and a technical member of the institution of occupational safety and health.
