Tracking Operations Coordinator

NGS (Northcott Global Solutions Ltd), a leading global risk management company specialising in medical assistance, tracking, travel, security risk management, and evacuations, is looking for a passionate and skilled Tracking Operations Coordinator to join our operations team in London. Work Schedule:

  • 6 on 6 off shift-based roster (0800-2000hrs & 2000-0800hrs) in our Operations Centre
  • 24 days annual holiday, excluding statutory public holidays

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • 24hr Global Client Support: Provide continuous assistance in our operations centre to global and insurance clients.
  • Operational Expertise: Handle device setup, platform integration, and operational control, catering to diverse client emergencies and bespoke needs.
  • Emergency Response Support: Assist in coordinating emergency medical and political evacuations and related admin tasks.
  • Global Event Monitoring: Proactively monitor and respond to global events, ensuring client safety and support.
  • Hotline Management: Efficiently manage emergency hotlines and triage client requests.
  • Client Training: Deliver clear, effective training on device operation and NGS support services.
  • Operational Integration: Understand and apply operational techniques and procedures for accurate, targeted client responses.
  • Technical Proficiency: Gain expertise in GPRS/GSM/GPS and Satellite tracking systems, managing client platforms, contracts, and billing.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years in travel tracking assistance or related fields
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 365 applications
  • Qualifications in emergency management and response
  • Desirable: German speaker or second language proficiency (French, Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic)
