NGS is hiring a customer services call handler intern to join our operations department. The successful candidate will be required to answer client calls in German and English. The candidate will be crucial in supporting the 24-hr operations team. The position will require a flexible approach to responsibilities, for NGS to be able to provide operational assistance to its varied and international client base; as such, this might include out of hours work and potentially overnight support depending on requirements.

NGS is hiring a junior customer services call handler intern to join our operations department. The successful candidate will be required to answer client calls in German and English. The candidate will be crucial in supporting the 24-hr operations team. The position will require a flexible approach to responsibilities, for NGS to be able to provide operational assistance to its varied and international client base; as such, this might include out of hours work and potentially overnight support depending on requirements.

Responsibilities:
Field calls (approx. 300 - 400 per month) from customers of Northcott Global Solutions (NGS) Ltd’s clients
Return client calls promptly (and within desired SLAs) where messages have been received
Respond to queries quickly, courteously and professionally with all communication means available (voice and written) in both German and English.
Use Salesforce CRM to manage correspondence records
Escalate issues efficiently to appropriate ops managers
Required Skills/ Experience:
German / English Speaker
Clear and articulate communicator including written word, both English and German
Demonstrable problem-solving ability
Able to function effectively and stay calm under pressure
Enthusiasm, willingness to learn and ambition to develop

Positive Client Feedback
Volume of calls handled per month
Minimal client or customer complaints
