Each year, the Spirit of Normandy Trust takes veterans of the Allied Normandy landings of 1944 back to the northern France to commemorate the event. NGS is proud to sponsor the annual trip and support the Spirit of Normandy Trust.

This year the remaining veterans visited the new British Normandy Memorial where they saw for the first-time names of friends who made the ultimate sacrifice in the campaign. Mark Waring, trustee of the charity and a member of the NGS team, shared with us these videos of veterans Ken Hay and Stan Ford, who joined this year’s trip, recalling memories of the landings following their first time at the memorial.
