Stephanie suffered a severe head injury whilst on a sabbatical teaching in Thailand. Three weeks after being placed in a medically-induced coma, she woke and was declared fit to fly home by air ambulance. After the FCO’s recommended response company let her down, NGS stepped in at short notice and had her airborne and on her way home within hours.
